Deploying a bot to collect customer information and guide the user towards a resolution, potentially via self-service or communication with a support agent

Startup shows true innovation in how they implement Zendesk. The startup succeeds in CX in a unique or unexpected way, and finds new avenues to drive growth in the business. That innovation can stretch anywhere from linking emerging messaging & community channels to their Zendesk instance to redesigning major business processes that improve customer experience. Surprise us!

Example:

Connecting with customers in Reddit or Discord communities and bringing their information into Zendesk when service is needed.

Creating robust onboarding experience or effective customer feedback loops supported by Zendesk.

Data & Insights

Startup uses the data from their Zendesk instance and other sources to transform their company or customer experience. The startup should be able to note a few key metrics that have been positively impacted since they started using Zendesk and helped them sell better.

Example:

Organizing product feedback alongside customer segments or other user data to influence product or service roadmap.

Using Explore to create dashboards and reports for your startup’s management team and/or investors. Or, bringing data from Zendesk into your BI tool e.g. Power Bi, Looker, etc. for generating deeper customer insights.

Building a new process to improve CSAT, customer effort score, or other key business metrics.
