1. What are the rules to nominate my company to CX Academy Live 2021?
You must be a current, active Zendesk customer with atleast 6 months of usage of our solutions. Check out the complete rules.
2. I’m not a Zendesk customer, can I still participate somehow?
Yes, the online awards event is public to everyone. Please register here. You will also have the opportunity to be part of the live voting for the Community’s Choice category winner.
3. How can I submit a nomination for my company?
If your company is eligible based on the rules and is interested in applying, please submit a nomination through our form.
4. I missed the deadline to submit a nomination! Can you still consider my nomination?
Unfortunately, no. All nominations must be submitted by the deadline specified in our agenda. If there are any extensions to the deadline, it will be announced beforehand. Our deadlines are set because it provides ample time for Zendesk and community judges to review and evaluate all nominations.
5. What are the categories that my company can qualify for?
The categories are Emerging Channels, Self-Service, Omnichannel Support, Innovation, and Community’s Choice. We have designated community judges and an internal Zendesk team that will evaluate and select the winners based on a set of criterias. For the Community’s Choice category, the winner will be selected via live voting during the day of the online awards event. Please check out all five categories and their description in our nomination criteria.
6. What are the prizes for all nominations and winners?
All nominations will receive a prize, regardless if selected as a winner. However, winners will receive additional benefits including a branded trophy, speaking opportunities, and more. You can see all the prizes in detail.
7. How can I register for the event?
Please register for the event here. Registration is open up until the online event live date and time.
8. I’m a partner of Zendesk/Zendesk Startups Program, how can I get involved?
